Do you offer out-of-state delivery? If so, for which products specifically?
Of course, we do offer out-of-state shipping and delivery on all baked and home goods. Due to high demand and delivery availability, we simply ask that you place your order at least 17-days in advance. This will ensure your order will arrive prompt and without error.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders take 3-5 business days to prepare and ship out, depending on the item and volume. Custom orders may require additional time. Once your order is ready, we’ll send confirmation with pickup or delivery details.

Do you offer refunds for unsatisfactory products?
At Eden’s Pantry, while we are still growing we always aim to satisfy our clientele. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately during normal business hours.
While we will not offer any refunds we will remake your order at no additional cost to you.

How Can I Order Plants Online?
To ensure your Aloe Pup arrives healthy and thriving, we ship bare root (without soil). This helps protect the roots, prevents rot during transit, and keeps your shipping costs lower. Each plant is carefully wrapped to keep it safe and secure until it reaches its new home.
Upon arrival, simply pot your aloe in well-draining succulent or cactus soil, place it in bright indirect light, and allow a few days to settle in before watering. Aloe is hardy and resilient—your pup will quickly adjust and begin to grow!
Want it potted and ready to go?
We also offer an optional add-on: your Aloe Pup shipped already planted in a starter pot with succulent soil, so it’s display-ready right out of the box.
